Corriform Shuttering System
Steel reinforced concrete foundations vary greatly due to the technical requirements of each project, all shapes and dimensions of ground beams, pile caps, lift shaft bases etc can be different.
To create these multi dimensional formwork shapes, the polypropylene formwork material (Corriform) is cut and creased in our factory to fabricate a dimensional correct shutter, this will encapsulate the steel reinforcement cage when assembled on site/
In short, Corriform is a high performance corrugated polypropylene shuttering system which combines the benefits of permanent formwork with protection against contaminated ground.
Our Process
1.) We will read your project construction drawings to quantify the total square metre requirements for quotation purposes
2.) From this square metre total the price can be quoted.
3.) If successful, we will design, cut and crease all individual foundation requirements, such as ground beams, pile caps etc.
4.) On your instruction these will be flat packed palletised and delivered to the project site.
5.) Assembly and installation advice will accompany the delivery to assist the contractor with installations.
6.) Fixing accessories will be included and other construction accessories are available upon request.
Alternatively, these can be purchased in full sheets at 4 x 2.4m x 7.5mm.
