A high strength free flowing cementitious grout based on non-reactive aggregates, shrinkage compensated Portland cements and selected admixtures which produce a chloride free grout, containing no corrosive metallic additives. Nugrout Superflow contains a maximum nominal size aggregate of 2mm and is suitable for many different grouting, bedding and void filling applications. Nugrout Superflow has been formulated to comply with the requirements of EN1504 Part 3 Class R4.

A clear styrene acrylic curing and sealing compound designed for application to freshly cast concrete to provide a highly efficient curing membrane. The applied coating remains on the concrete surface to provide a dust free abrasion resistant surface which readily accepts the application of many subsequent finishes. Curecote Super may also be used as a clear sealer on aged concrete to dustproof and provide a surface which is more easily cleaned.

A blend of bio-degradable vegetable oils emulsified in water and is designed for use in general site operations and pre-cast yards. The oil forms a physical barrier between the form and the concrete with the surfactant working in conjunction with the alkalinity of the concrete to produce a high standard of finish.

These membranes are formulated with inert hydrocarbon resins which give films with excellent water retention efficiency in excess of 75% and 90% respectively, complying with ASTM C309.66 and HA Spec. clause 1027. Available in clear, white and with aluminium flake pigment, to give maximum solar reflection.
