We are pleased to announce that all our credit account holders will be able to gain access to the Customer Portal.
The RFA-Tech Customer Portal is an interactive web page that allows you to access real-time orders and delivery information. Inside, you will be able to access important documents. The Customer Portal has been in development for over 2 years. It's main purpose is to ease our customer's experience by allowing you access to information which has been generated by us.
Listed below are the key features;
- 24/7 Accessibility wherever you are.
- The ability to enable push notifications about your orders.
- Access to PODs, Invoices, Delivery Confirmation, Certificates and Status Checks.
- The Customer Portal Manual designed specifically for you.
